chi-9X7B9225 (2) CHICAGO— The global headquarters of LaSalle Investment Management at 333 W. Wacker Dr. in Chicago has earned LEED Commercial Interiors Gold Certification from the US Green Building Council for its office relocation project. The certification applies specifically to LaSalle's office space on the 23 rd floor. The LEED rating system was developed by the USGBC for buildings, homes and communities that are designed, constructed, maintained and operated for improved environmental and human health performance. “Achieving LEED CI Gold Certification for our Chicago headquarters accomplishes one of the goals we established when LaSalle decided to create a new and dynamic global headquarters,” says Jason Kern , chief executive officer, LaSalle Americas. “Sustainability of our business operations is a key focus for LaSalle, and LEED certification for our headquarters demonstrates our commitment to sustainable and energy efficient efforts.
