NNLG-Chicag-Group-Shot (2) CHICAGO— SRS Real Estate Partners , a commercial real estate firm exclusively dedicated to retail services, has just established a new arm of its National Net Lease Group by adding four new Chicago-based members. Dan Elliot , Sean Lutz , Chris Migely and Tara Tolomeo , all formerly of SVN Commercial Real Estate Advisors , provide full advisory services for net lease investors in the Chicago market and throughout the Midwest. The Newport Beach, CA-based NNLG, which offers advisory services nationwide, was established by SRS managing principal s Patrick Luther and Matthew Mousavi in March of this year. The move is just one part of SRS' strategic plan. The Dallas-based firm has a nationwide platform of retail-only brokers focused on leasing up properties but “not necessarily on sales,” Lutz tells GlobeSt.com. “It was the one piece missing from SRS. Building an investment sales team was the next step in providing full services to clients.” Lutz adds that establishing a net lease arm in Chicago also made a lot of sense. For one thing, SRS already had a group of veteran brokers here, and the new team has already moved into the company's office at 155 N. Wacker Dr. “The broker base is here and the client base is here as well.” As senior vice presidents, Elliot and Lutz, who together have more than 30 years of experience in sales, lead the team, whose annual production exceeds $100 million. Migely, associate, will provide additional advisory support, and Tolomeo, marketing coordinator, will provide marketing support for their inventory of more than 25 assets. "The addition of this team expands the reach and depth of the National Net Lease Group and allows us to collectively better serve the Midwest markets," says Luther. "Dan and Sean are highly qualified, seasoned brokers who share our vision and team culture.” The NNLG now has more than 100 properties on market in 28 states, with total consideration in excess of $600 million. And Lutz says their clients will gain advantages through SRS' unified marketing and technology platforms. “This will help us elevate our game to the next level.” NNLG-Chicag-Group-Shot (2) CHICAGO— SRS Real Estate Partners , a commercial real estate firm exclusively dedicated to retail services, has just established a new arm of its National Net Lease Group by adding four new Chicago-based members.
