Comprehensive Care Center Eyes Space at League Line

CONROE, TX—Houston Methodist leases 19,589 square feet in the medical office building, where it plans to open a comprehensive care center, including primary and specialty care.

CONROE, TX—The League Line Medical Center opened for patient care in May 2016, providing primary care and specialty care, including orthopedic/sports medicine and imaging. Additionally, neurology and neurosurgery practices will become available very soon. The facility is equipped with x-ray, full laboratory and outpatient therapy services. The center is located at 4015 Interstate 45 North, at the northwest corner of Interstate 45 at League Line Road, approximately 11 miles north of The Woodlands. Houston Methodist has leased 19,589 square feet in the medical office building, where it plans to open a comprehensive care center, including primary and specialty care. Transwestern’s Brandy Bellow Spinks and Scott Carter , vice presidents in the firm’s healthcare advisory services group, represented The RMR Group , the property’s manager. Bellow Spinks tells GlobeSt.com: “We are excited to have Houston Methodist as a new anchor tenant in the League Line Medical Office Building. We look forward to the organization’s continued growth in Conroe.” The three-story class-A medical office building consists of 58,605 rentable square feet, with the second floor built out and the third floor in mostly shell condition. There is a covered patient drop off area with a 5/1,000 parking ratio. The visible location clocks in with approximately 80,000 users according to traffic counts on Interstate 45. The RMR Group was founded in 1986 to invest in real estate and manage real estate related businesses. The RMR Group’s business primarily consists of providing management services to four publicly owned REITs and three real estate operating companies. Since its founding, The RMR Group has substantially grown the amount of real estate assets under management and the number of real estate businesses it manages. As of earlier this year, The RMR Group had $22 billion of real estate assets under management.
