SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA—The race toward fulfilling the last-mile delivery of goods has been one of the most significant factors contributing to the tight industrial real estate market we see today, Greg Marx, an associate with Voit Real Estate Services in San Diego, tells GlobeSt.com.
