AUSTIN, TX— 9500 Arboretum and Braker Pointe I and II are two well-located northwest Austin, class-A office properties owned by PacTrust . AQUILA Commercial has recently assumed property management for both buildings. Mike Murphy , principal with AQUILA Commercial tells GlobeSt.com: “AQUILA is pleased to further develop our relationship with PacTrust. We are proud to add these properties to our portfolio as well as to welcome these new management employees to our team of best-in-class professionals.”   AQUILA has leased 9500 Arboretum and Braker Pointe I and II since 2007. Ben Tolson, Bethany Perez and Bart Matheney will continue to lease the properties on behalf of AQUILA. “AQUILA is excited to further strengthen our relationship with PacTrust and expand our management portfolio by taking on these trophy buildings,” says Matheney, principal at AQUILA Commercial. “PacTrust is a unique investor in our market as they are a long-term holder of real estate. PacTrust consistently does what is in the best interest of the long-term viability of its properties, which is hugely beneficial to the tenants in these buildings.” To staff the projects, AQUILA has added four new team members. Misti Siver will serve as property manager and Linda Kliarsky will serve as assistant property manager. Robert Chapa and Abdias Castillo will be the building engineers. “Our management platform is comprised of best-in-class professionals and we are excited to have these new additions become part of the AQUILA family,” says Murphy. “PacTrust’s long-term perspective and philosophy marries up well with how we view real estate.”  9500 Arboretum is a six-story office building situated on 5.80 acres with a commanding view of the Loop 360 Corridor and Bull Creek Valley. The building entrance is highlighted by a four-story glass and granite lobby atrium. Adjacent to the building is a 4-1/2 level parking structure with 650 parking spaces and two vehicular entrances. The building has upgraded wall coverings, moldings and carpeting in all elevator lobbies. It is within walking distance to restaurants, hotels and retail, and has excellent access and visibility from Highway 183 and Loop 360. Braker Pointe is located in the center of Austin’s technology corridor and includes a three-story 77,449- square-foot office building and a four-story 103,114-square-foot office building. Both feature sophisticated support systems in a park-like setting with a water feature and on-site spa. It is located at the northeast corner of Braker Lane and North MoPac Expressway, with excellent access to the Arboretum and Simon retail locations, and a short trip to Round Rock, TX or Austin’s central business districts. “PacTrust is very excited to grow our relationship in Austin with AQUILA Commercial.
