CHICAGO—Officials from Draper and Kramer, Inc. say that Shruti Kumar , a senior property manager with the firm's residential property management division, has been appointed to serve on the 2017 Institute of Real Estate Management Governing Council as secretary. “We're so proud of Shruti for her ongoing commitment to professional development through involvement with industry organizations like IREM,” says Julie Johnson , senior vice president of management services for Chicago-based Draper and Kramer. “For the last eight years, Shruti has been managing some of Draper and Kramer's largest rental communities with excellent fiscal control and an organizational approach that keeps operations running smoothly.
