Landlord Rep Specialist to Focus on Growing Share

DALLAS—Focusing on project leasing and new development opportunities, 10-year vet Ryan Smith has joined retail broker Venture Commercial Real Estate as a vice president.

DALLAS—Focusing on project leasing and new development opportunities, Ryan Smith has joined retail broker Venture Commercial Real Estate as a vice president. He brings more than 10 years of experience in landlord representation, working with power and grocery-anchored centers in Phoenix, Louisiana and North Texas. “Ryan has a talent for being fully invested in his clients’ success, and this is a great fit with the Venture culture,” said Venture managing partner Mike Geisler . “I am confident that Ryan will help us grow Venture’s portfolio of project leasing clients.” Smith joins Venture’s landlord representation team which is led by Geisler and also includes Tim Henson, Amy Pjetrovic and Easley Waggoner Jr. Together, the team oversees the leasing of more than 9 million square feet of retail properties across Texas. Smith tells GlobeSt.com: “I am humbled by the opportunity to join such a great organization.  My focus is to continue the efforts of our project leasing group and grow our presence in the market.” Venture Commercial Real Estate provides retail brokerage services throughout the Southwest and is dedicated to each client’s success.
