BOSTON—Locally-based international real estate firm Cresa reports it has expanded its global real estate market platform to Germany. The new Cresa Germany was formerly GVA Worldwide’s partner in Germany for the past 15 years, according to Cresa. The firm, headed by Arthur Rubinstein, specializes in tenant representation and corporate services. The former GVA Worldwide Arthur Rubinstein’s real estate services platform includes tenant representation, corporate services, capital markets, valuation, consulting and market research. The firm, founded in 1993, is headquartered in Frankfurt and serves all major markets in Germany. Its clients include: Aston Martin, Bloomberg, Continental, DraftFCB, Fujifilm, IHS Global, McCann Worldgroup and Mediabrands. “We are excited to have Arthur Rubinstein join the Cresa organization and expand our platform in Europe. As the largest provider of tenant-only commercial real estate services in the country, Cresa Germany has unmatched market knowledge and the platform necessary to provide our clients with the high level of service and expertise that they have come to expect from the Cresa brand throughout the world,” says Cresa CEO Jim Underhill. Underhill was named CEO of Cresa in March of this year and told Globest.com at that time that he plans to double the size of the firm in the next five years. Rubinstein says of his firm now joining Cresa, “Trust, integrity, objectiveness and neutrality are now more important than ever before as the cornerstones for professional operations in the marketplace. Discretion and ethics are the decisive elements of our philosophy, and these align perfectly with Cresa’s core values. We are very excited to represent the Cresa brand in Germany and help to build on its already strong European platform.” Cresa says it intends to open additional international offices before the end of 2016. The firm now has international locations in more than 75 markets, in addition to its more than 60 offices in the United States and Canada. Cresa has already opened European offices in Belgium, France, Hungary, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. In December 2015, Cresa announced its expansion into Australia when LPC Australia, with offices in Perth and Sydney, became Cresa Australia (known in Australia as LPC Cresa).
