SOUTHAMPTON, PA—Landmark Funding Group acquired Southampton Office Park at 928 Jaymor Road in Southampton, PA from 928 Jaymor Road Associates, according to Real Capital Analytics , a proprietary research firm. Procision Commercial Realty , an affiliate of Procision Business Brokers , represented Southhampton Office Park in the sale of the 42,000 square-foot park that features garden style corporate office spaces. At the time of closing, the property was 60% occupied.  The transaction price was not undisclosed. Richard Shore , vice president of Procision Commercial Realty handled the negotiations on behalf of the buyer.  “The acquisition is an excellent value added opportunity for the new owners to upgrade the office park during lease up of the remaining spaces,” says Shore.  “We are quite pleased to be the leasing agents for the Property.” Along with the leasing and management of the Southampton Office Park , Procision is the exclusive leasing and management agent for over 500,000 square feet of commercial space in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
