CBD Location Puts Team Under One Roof

AUSTIN, TX—The class-B CBD office building is three blocks from/within walking distance to West 6th Street restaurants and entertainment, and allowed ECR to unite its entire team from two locations.

AUSTIN, TX—In a move that brings a company from two locations into one of double the size, ECR and ECR Management relocated its headquarters from 720 Brazos St. to 812 San Antonio St., at the southwest corner of 9th and San Antonio. ECR Management previously worked from the separate locations as it outgrew its original office about a year ago. ECR’s new office features two private terraces (one complete with custom raised bar surfaces), glass walls, and desks that electronically raise and lower. The space boasts a design by Sixth River Architects , construction by Jahn Construction and furnishings by Shelton Keller . The class-B CBD office building has seven stories, including an attached parking garage, with good access in the downtown location. It is three blocks from/within walking distance to West 6th Street restaurants and entertainment. It is surrounded by well-known retailers, hotels, restaurants and bars such as the Ranch 616, Rattle Inn, Whole Foods, Fixe, Wu Chow, Star Bar, Little Woodrows, The Driskill, Pure Austin Fitness, REI, Anthropology and Waterloo Records . In addition, it is four blocks from the state capitol and one block from the Travis County Courthouse. North Lamar Boulevard, Mopac Expressway, 15th Street, MLK Boulevard and Interstate 35 are all easily accessible. It is in close proximity to high-profile condominiums and apartment complexes such as the 404 Rio Grande, The Seaholm Condominiums, Seven, The Bowie, Austin City Lofts and Gables West Ave. ECR brokerage principal and office specialist Patrick Ley , tells GlobeSt.com: “We chose 812 San Antonio for many reasons with the main benefit being the ability to unite our entire team (brokerage, operations and management) under one roof. We had outgrown our previous space years ago and the new office accurately reflects what our company is today. A professional and modern entry, several interior breakout areas for private calls or meetings, and two spacious private patios not only help us become more productive, but help us expand on the many reasons our culture is so wonderful.” Since its creation in February 2010, ECR has grown to 20 team members and is one of the most active commercial real estate brokerage and management firms in Central Texas. ECR and ECR Management have also added four new team members, Darrell Beauford, Tiana Taylor and Mario Guerrero to further bolster the property management business, and Reagan Wood with a focus on land and multifamily sales. ECR has several open seats in order to continue its growth.
