Prologis Monroe, Two South Middlesex Avenue, Monroe Township, NJ

MONROE, TOWNSHIP, NJ—SIF Services, an Ontario, CA-based product sourcing company, is leasing 128,700 square feet of industrial/warehouse space at Prologis Monroe, Two South Middlesex Avenue in Monroe Township, NJ.

The firm provides a range of business services focused on imports from Asia, including product sourcing, import services and order fulfillment. The company is expanding and consolidating its Garden State operations at Two South Middlesex Avenue, says Jonathan Tesser, executive managing director of Colliers International.

Tesser and Michael Markey, also an executive managing director in Colliers International's Princeton office, worked with Eric Chou of the firm's Ontario, CA, office, to represent SIF. CBRE represented the landlord, Prologis.

“The company had two smaller facilities in New Jersey, and due to its growth and additional business, there was a need to expand and consolidate their operation into one larger space,” Tesser says. “Located less than two miles from Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike, Prologis Monroe was perfectly suited for SIF Services' requirements and offered the tenant a strategic location in the heart of a desirable Middlesex County submarket.”

Encompassing 218,100 square feet of industrial/warehouse space, Two South Middlesex Avenue is situated in proximity to major highways including the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 130 and Route 1, and is just 30 miles from Newark Liberty International Airport and the Ports of Newark/Elizabeth.
