Duke Realty Building Another Bulk Warehouse in Lehigh Valley

EASTON, PA—Duke Realty Corp. has begun construction of 33 Logistics Park 1611, a new, speculative, 628,475-square-foot bulk warehouse adjacent to Duke Realty’s recently completed and fully leased 1.1 million-square-foot warehouse on Van Buren Road just off Route 33 at the new four-way diamond interchange at Main Street. CBRE has been engaged as the leasing agent for the building.
