Popularity of On- and Off-Site Amenities are Tenant Draw

AUSTIN, TX—The Campus at Arboretum offers a popular workplace environment in a park-like setting and has been recently renovated with a mix of open plan and private offices, along with a conferencing facility.

AUSTIN, TX—Located at 10415 Morado Circle, off Hwy 183 and Braker Lane, The Campus at Arboretum is just 15 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from the Domain and is within walking distance to the Arboretum, with added walkable amenities. It has easy access to Highway 183, Mopac and Highway 360. It has been recently renovated, with a mix of open plan and private offices, along with a conferencing facility.  The campus offers a popular workplace environment with abundant amenities in a park-like setting with picnic areas, a workout facility with showers and lockers, an on-site volleyball court, basketball court, disc golf course, food trucks, and close proximity to restaurants and retail. The surface and covered parking has a 4 to 1,000 ratio. As evidence of the popularity of the campus, three leases were recently signed at building 1. Bethany Perez, Chad Barrett and Bart Matheney with AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord in the transactions. Additionally, the modernized lobbies, fitness center and conference room improve the overall experience and make The Campus a great work environment.” Elizabeth Morgan & Associates LLP leased 3,293 square feet and was represented by Jason Steinberg and Randy Guzinsky of ECR . Elizabeth Morgan & Associates, LLP is a boutique law firm specializing in domestic and international estate planning, trust administration, residency, tax planning and expatriation. Resource Consulting Group leased 2,210 square feet. The consulting group is a local planning and wealth management firm. Adjacent Technologies renewed and relocated its 2,733 square foot lease within the building. Adjacent Technologies was represented by Doug Jones with Colliers International . Adjacent Technologies is an enterprise content management, capture, case management, and cloud solution provider and integrator.
