Tishman, Trinity, DVA Architects, Greystar Join Gramercy District Project

CHANTILLY, VA--Microsoft, George Washington University, Bowman Consulting Group, McGuire Woods, and Benton Potter & Murdock are already part of the project.

CHANTILLY, VA–22 Capital Partners, the private equity company behind the $500 million smart city it is building here, announced earlier this year has announced it has added four new companies to its development team.

They are the Tishman Construction unit of AECOM, a global infrastructure firm headquartered in Los Angeles; TRINITY Group Construction in Herndon, VA;  DVA Architects based in Gaithersburg, MD, and Greystar, which will provide pre-construction consulting and property management services.

These four firms join existing project team members Microsoft, George Washington University, Bowman Consulting Group, McGuire Woods and Benton Potter & Murdock.
