office THE WOODLANDS, TX—The six-story 139,845-square-foot Town Center I and the six-story, 140,570-square-foot Town Center II were constructed in 1998 and 1999. The buildings enjoy ease of access to Interstate 45 and the Hardy Toll Road and include dedicated, free covered parking. Leasing efforts are underway for the two class-A office buildings totaling 280,415 square feet. JLL has been retained by BIT Holdings Forty-Six Inc. to lease Town Center I and II . JLL executive vice president John Pruitt and senior vice president Chrissy Wilson will oversee the leasing of Town Center I and II, located at 1450 and 1330 Lake Robbins Dr., respectively. “When the buildings were developed, all that surrounded the site was a vision of what The Woodlands is today,” said Pruitt. “Our team has been with Town Center from the beginning and we're privileged to continue working with BIT Holdings into the next phase.” Located adjacent to The Woodlands Mall and The Woodlands Waterway , Town Center I and II are situated near the numerous dining and shopping amenities that characterize The Woodlands' live-work-play philosophy. Town Center includes the most recognizable icons of The Woodlands including The Woodlands Mall, The Woodlands Waterway, Market Street and The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion . Considered the downtown of The Woodlands, Town Center is 1,000 acres of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Town Center brings an urban feel to the otherwise mostly residential focus of The Woodlands with its paved streets, shops, restaurants, hotels, office buildings, lofts, town homes and condominiums. It includes more than 2,000 hotel rooms and 900 businesses. Wilson tells GlobeSt.com: “The comprehensive amenities The Woodlands offers businesses, tenants and individuals alike, cannot be overstated. Town Center I and II are some of the most well-known office developments in the submarket dating back almost two decades. The buildings' timeless design, accessible location and amenity-rich setting make them two of The Woodlands' most desirable office buildings today.” office THE WOODLANDS, TX—The six-story 139,845-square-foot Town Center I and the six-story, 140,570-square-foot Town Center II were constructed in 1998 and 1999.
