Interior of Dovetail's office, Two Gatehall Drive, Parsipppany, NJ

PARSIPPANY, NJ—Hollister Construction Services has delivered a new modern office space for Dovetail, a financial technology company, in Parsippany, NJ. Hollister was retained by Silverman Realty Group to build the space at Two Gatehall Drive.

Dovetail made the strategic decision to relocate to a new office facility that would meet its needs for improved work and technology environments, and provide space for continued growth. The vacant and outdated space on the second floor of Two Gatehall Drive was demolished and transformed into Dovetail's new headquarters for North America.

“We are all delighted with our new facility. It gives us everything we need both now and for the foreseeable future,” says Bob Peters, Dovetail's director of infrastructure and security. “Hollister has been a great choice—they integrated well with Dovetail, its vendors and the property owners to ensure our needs were met, the project stayed on schedule and that we were able to move in on time.”

With a significant proportion of Dovetail's employees, including a number of the executive leadership team, based in this office, the new 25,000 square-foot space features training, collaboration and conference rooms, private and general offices, data center and reception, a lunchroom and pantry and lobby area. The space is built entirely on a raised access floor system, allowing Dovetail to make quick and easy reconfigurations, which creates a significant benefit for their technological needs.

Hollister did a terrific job managing the Dovetail buildout through all stages of the construction,” says Maggie Stern, director of construction and property management, Silverman Realty Group. “We were particularly pleased with their attention to detail, their follow through and their ability to meet a very tight schedule.”

Enhancing collaboration and productivity, the conference and collaboration rooms feature a combination of high definition projectors and monitors, while the tables are equipped with audio visual Extron communication boxes for remote access.

The Hollister project team includes Tony Bienert, project executive; Michael Morris Sr., project manager; Peter Pietrucha, superintendent; Frank Caputo, senior estimator, and Gina Costa, project coordinator. Studio 1200 designed the space and Roxbury Engineering provided engineering services.
