Office building at Hall Park FRISCO, TX— HALL Group opened its first speculative building at HALL Park in 1998. Today, the park is 96% leased with 16 completed buildings and a roster of 184 tenant companies and 8,000 employees. Another building is going up at HALL Park, the 17 th within the 162-acre, 2.2-million-square-foot development. The new class-A building will be 12 stories and include 300,000 square feet. Groundbreaking is planned for late next month, says HALL Group. Kim Butler , director of leasing at HALL Group, tells GlobeSt.com: “Over the past few years we have seen tremendous growth from our existing tenants, and it is important that we continue to be able to provide growth opportunities for our companies at HALL Park. In light of this growth and the demand we're seeing for high-quality office space in Frisco, we believe that this is the right time for us to begin our next building.” The building will include efficient and flexible 25,000-square-foot floor plates and is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification. The two-story, light-filled lobby will include high-end finishes and impactful works of art and sculpture from the Hall Collection, and all floors will feature 10-foot ceilings. Outdoor spaces will incorporate lush landscaping, a water feature and an adjacent lawn. The tallest building developed to date at HALL Park overlooking the Dallas North Tollway at 3201 Dallas Pkwy. will provide an exceptional signage opportunity for the building's key tenant. “High-end, class-A office space continues to be in demand in Frisco,” said Jim Gandy , president of the Frisco Economic Development Corporation . “Building 17 along with the additional amenities coming online at HALL Park, make this an attractive location for corporate tenants looking to relocate to the booming North Texas market. The 300,000 square feet of office space equates to hundreds of additional quality job opportunities for Frisco's skilled workforce.” HALL Park began a park-wide enhancement in May 2016 that includes new signage, lighting and modern amenities, including an expanded fitness center, wine lounge, conferencing center, retail and restaurant plaza, and outdoor lakeside meeting and event spaces equipped with WiFi. In addition to the park's unique features, such as its dedication to green space and nearly 200-piece art collection, the ability to accommodate its tenants and support future growth is a distinguishing characteristic. “We love working in Frisco and with all of its great leadership, including mayor Maso and the city council members, city manager George Purefoy and the Frisco economic development council's board of directors, chairman Gary Carley and president Jim Gandy. All of these leaders are dedicated to doing the best thing for the community of Frisco, and we appreciate being a part of this responsible growth,” said Craig Hall , chairman and founder of HALL Group.
