CBRE/FAMECO Negotiates Eight Retail Leases at Lehigh Valley Mall

TREXLERTOWN, PA—CBRE has been busy negotiating eight retail leases at the new Hamilton Crossings shopping center on Krocks Road between the Route 222 Bypass and Hamilton Boulevard in Trexlertown, PA, southwest of Allentown.

CBRE/FAMECO retail team members Brian Bruzek, Adam Kohler, Rich Schuch, Steve O’Malley, Brandon Famous, Matt Mandel, David Orkin, Marc Mandel, Gary Leone and Colin Behr represented the tenants during the transactions, which totaled approximately 115,000 square-feet of retail space.  The 560,000 square-foot shopping center is a joint venture between The Goldenberg Group and TCH Development.
