Amy Pjetrovic , senior vice president with Venture Commercial, tells GlobeSt.com: "Although we are in a great market, it seems to be a changing market as well. Retailers seem to be doing less locations overall but the site criteria is as stringent as ever. We try to capture the opportunities since tenant activity is evolving and retailers are facing competition for space from multiple categories including medical and entertainment concepts. As landlord representatives, our challenge is to come up with creative solutions to lease spaces that meet the expectations of this changing tenant market."
