The 37,000-square-foot fitness center will be located at the crossroads of East Palm Valley Boulevard and N. A.W. Grimes Boulevard. H-E-B Plus anchors the development with an expanded store format. LA Fitness is slated to open in summer 2017. X Team and Venture Commercial Real Estate represented LA Fitness. “This is an exciting milestone for LA Fitness' development,” said Venture Commercial partner John Zikos . “It was important for us to capitalize on the rapid growth Round Rock is experiencing, and we were able to find a highly trafficked location on the east side to better serve the on-the-go community.” Zikos, along with Venture's Jonathan Cooper and Cheryl Hill , represented LA Fitness in the transaction, working with Walt Brown Jr. and Tim Dolander of Diversified Partners .
