CHICAGO—Officials from Golub & Co. and its partner, Los Angeles-based CIM Group, say they have just opened their new 40-story multifamily residential tower at 1001 S. State St. in Chicago's South Loop neighborhood. The Solomon Cordwell Buenz-designed glass and steel development has 397 luxury units and a host of technology-focused amenities. The building's first residents will move in this month.
