Peter Carroccio

WASHINGTON, DC–Cushman & Wakefield has recruited Peter Carroccio to the join the firm as Executive Managing Director, Brokerage, for the Washington DC region.

A 28-year industry veteran Carroccio was most recently with CBRE which he joined in 2012 to head the company's Maryland office. According to CBRE's website, when he left his title was Senior Managing Director of the Washington DC region and he had worked with such clients as Advanced Switching Communications, Carr Maloney, PC and US Express.

Prior to CBRE, Carroccio was Regional Managing Director of the Washington DC Region for GVA Advantis.
