SAN DIEGO—Newmark Grubb Knight Frank continues to grow its Southern California presence with the addition of senior managing directors Christopher High and Steve Bruce. High and Bruce expand NGKF's presence throughout San Diego County, as well as nationally, in the areas of landlord representation, tenant representation, and investment sales exclusively for the office property sector. They are also joined by associate Conor Evans and senior marketing coordinator Savannah Arce.
The new NGKF office property team represents more than 2.1 million square feet of office space. Some of its landlord clients have included Bixby Land Company, Bollert LeBeau, Clarion, Cruzan, Cypress, DRA Advisors, Equity Office Properties, Hines, JP Morgan, Kilroy Realty, LBA Realty, LNR, Shea Properties, TA Associates, TIAA and Westbrook.
“NGKF is deeply committed to the San Diego market and focused on growing our presence throughout the area,” said NGKF regional managing director Greg May. “Chris and Steve will play a major role in building a landlord advisory practice that will be closely aligned with our robust Capital Markets group. High specializes in multi-tenant and corporate headquarter office leasing with an emphasis on strategic landlord services in the San Diego markets and also concentrates on countywide tenant representation. Some of his tenant representation clients have included Akamai, Cymetrix, DataQuick, Fish & Richardson, GE, Hewlett-Packard, Konica Minolta, MaxLinear and Novartis. Immediately prior to joining NGKF, High served as a director at Cushman and Wakefield.
Bruce represents landlords and tenants in the leasing, sale and acquisition/disposition of office space throughout San Diego. Prior to joining NGKF he served as a director at Cushman & Wakefield. With over 12 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, Bruce's clients include both institutional investors and private investors and his background spans various product types. Bruce earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree at San Diego State University.
