WASHINGTON, DC-MRP Realty and Kruger Real Estate plan to develop a 93,992-square foot, 112-unit residential building at 3rd and H Street NE, following their purchase of three parcels at 315 H St., NE. These parcels were one of the final large scale development opportunities there, the companies say.

The building, which will also have 6,000 square feet of ground floor retail, will deliver in the spring of 2018.

The companies view the investment as a long-term one.

315 H St., NE is close to Union Station and Metro, and offers front door access to an H Street streetcar stop. The area is becoming very popular with Millennials and anyone keen on urban living with its visual and performing arts scene and bars and music venues.
