Justin Korinis, senior vice president, Sabre Real Estate Group

JERSEY CITY, NJ—Justin Korinis, an experienced retail real estate specialist who most recently was an assistant director at Savills Studley, has joined Sabre Real Estate Group's New Jersey office as a senior vice president.

Justin is a smart and hardworking team player who would be an amazing addition to any company,” says Jayson Siano, managing principal of Sabre.

“He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great reputation in the industry; we are very excited to have him on board.”

Korinis has experience in multiple facets of retail real estate, including tenant representation, landlord representation, and property acquisition and disposition.

He has represented such national tenants as Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, California Tortilla, FedEx Office, Skechers, Sleepy's, TGI Friday's, Urban Plates, Wendy's and Zinburger and has assisted many of them in developing their expansion strategies in New Jersey and beyond. He also represented JP Morgan Chase Bank with lease renewals and relocations throughout the Garden State. Korinis has also exclusively represented a number of landlords in various lease transactions, ranging from individual owners in suburban downtowns to REITs and other institutional owners in urban markets.

Justin's client relationships with both tenant and landlords and his dedication to his clients will be important to our continuing success in New Jersey,” says James Aug, Sabre principal, New Jersey.

Since its expansion into New Jersey, Sabre's New Jersey team has already signed dozens of leases on behalf of such companies as Amazing Lash Studio, Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, Bareburger, Blink Fitness, Chop't Salads, Chocolate Works, Kidville, Robeks, Save A Lot, Starbucks Coffee, and Wendy's. Sabre's New Jersey team continues to execute expansion and disposition programs for several of these companies as well as many other national retailers. Additionally, Sabre represents the owners and developers of about 50 properties totaling more than 1.2 million square feet throughout New Jersey.

Korinis joined Savills Studley in 2006 as an industrial property broker and was one of four primary account managers representing International Paper exclusively throughout North America. Before joining Studley, Korinis had a successful career as a senior mortgage banker with Ameriquest Mortgage.

An active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Korinis holds a bachelor of arts degree in Philosophy from Connecticut College.
