COLUMBUS—Olshan Properties, a New York-based owner, developer and operator of commercial real estate, has just hired Kenneth J. Marshall as its new head of retail.

Based in Olshan Properties' Columbus office, Marshall will report directly to chief executive officer Andrea Olshan and work as a member of her executive team. In this newly-created role, he will focus on growing the firm's 10 million square foot retail portfolio through strategic acquisitions and oversee day-to-day operations.
