CHICAGO—Cushman & Wakefield announced yesterday the appointment of Victoria L. Noonan as Chicago managing principal. Noonan will provide strategic leadership to a metro Chicago team of more than 350 brokerage, property management and project management professionals who serve the firm's investor and occupier clients. Additionally, she will guide the firm's future growth and recruiting efforts.
Noonan joins Cushman & Wakefield from Tishman Speyer, where she began her career as an administrative assistant in 1978 and rose to managing director and leader of the firm's Chicago and Milwaukee leasing teams, responsible for a nine million-square-foot portfolio of class A office space.
“Vicki is one of the most respected real estate executives in Chicago who was the face of Tishman Speyer for decades,” says Shawn Mobley, Cushman & Wakefield president, East Region. “Her experience, leadership and perspective are unsurpassed in our market. I'm excited for our clients, for our professionals, and for our staff as we welcome this outstanding leader to our firm.”
“The culture of client service and collaboration really attracted me to Cushman & Wakefield and this new role,” adds Noonan. “I am thrilled at the opportunity to build on the momentum already created in this critical market, and to be a part of our industry's most exciting growth story.”
A Chicago native, Noonan is a member of CREW and the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association. She is immediate past chair of SGA Youth & Family Services, which provides mental health and prevention services to Chicago's most impoverished communities. Noonan is a graduate of DePaul University and the Illinois Institute of Technology's Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she serves on the board of overseers.
