NJ—RREEF America, which manages a wide range of portfolios of both public and private real estate assets, acquired 27 acres of land at 159 Milford Road in East Windsor, NJ.

Bussel Realty Corp arranged the sale. BRC senior vice presidents Stephen Nozza and John Cascio represented both the seller, Conair Corporation, and the buyer. The sales price was not disclosed.

“Our relationship with Conair Corporation spans 30 years—we represented the company in one of its first real estate acquisitions,” says Nozza. “The site is ideal for commercial development and has great access to the New Jersey Turnpike.”

159 Milford Road is located near Exit 8 of the New Jersey Turnpike and directly off of Milford Road, across from Conair Corporation's headquarters. The site has approvals in place for commercial real estate development.
