Tomaro Professional Center, 1704 Maxwell Drive, Wall Township, NJ

WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ—A law firm, an accounting firm, and an aviation company have signed leases at the Tomaro Professional Center, a class A, three-story, 10,000 square-foot office building at 1704 Maxwell Drive, Wall Township, NJ.

Matthew R. Abatemarco, Esq., left a law practice in Red Bank, NJ., to launch Madden & Abatemarco, his own family/matrimonial legal firm, at the Tomaro Professional Center.

The Tomaro Professional Center was an ideal space for Madden & Abatemarco,” says Abatemarco. “It had a large firm presence without the overhead. Because of its interdisciplinary formula, we can capitalize on the resources of other companies in the building to better service our clients.”

Christine Granata, CPA, is relocating her offices to the Wall Township property after seven years in Sea Girt, NJ. “The Tomaro Professional Center is a one-stop-shopping complex of professional services,” says Granata. “I was thrilled to discover the airy, office complex. My current space lacked windows, and full-time reception support. Now, I will have the ability during peak times of the year to service my clients in a well-equipped, professional atmosphere.”

The third tenant, The Mente Group, is a full-service private aviation company.

“Our expanded occupancy supports a synergistic tenant base, whereby everyone can benefit from each other's professional services in the areas of accounting, financial planning, law and comprehensive divorce mediation services,” says Vicky Tomaro, owner of the Tomaro Professional Center. “The Center is a beautiful, inviting space for clients to conduct business.”

The Tomaro Professional Center is easily accessible by the Garden State Parkway, Interstate 195 and Route 18.

Other tenants include: Land Home Financial; James DeBenedett, Esq.; The Alternative Board/SHSSG; Rebel Brown Law Group; John F. McLaughlin, Esq.; AbbVie, Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst and Doukas; John J. Gentile, Esq.; Woodland, McCoy & Shinn; Jeffrey M. Lehman, Esq.; The Glapion Law Firm; Anna Mae Perillo, Esq.; and Your Target Marketing.
