Bradford Plaza, Downingtown Pike, West Chester, PA

WEST CHESTER, PA—Orangetheory Fitness, which combines cardiovascular and strength training classes in its fitness programs, is joining the tenant roster at Bradford Plaza in West Chester, PA, a 161,000-square-foot, grocery-anchored shopping center managed by Levin Management, the property's exclusive managing and leasing agent.

The national fitness franchise has leased 4,050 square feet at the property. Levin leasing representative Barry Borsky negotiated the long-term lease. Windsor Realty Group represented the tenant.

“We are excited to bring Orangetheory Fitness' unique workout concept to those who live and work in West Chester and the surrounding area,” says Borsky. “Gyms and fitness chains are valued community amenities that generate considerable consumer traffic to shopping centers. Orangetheory Fitness will certainly complement the diverse mix of tenants at Bradford Plaza, as well as increase the frequency and duration of visitors' experience at the center.”

Backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption, the Orangetheory Fitness workout incorporates endurance, strength and power elements through a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, TRX suspension training and free weights.

It's the second new tenant signed recently at Bradford Plaza. Optical provider New Vision Family Eye Care leased 2,300 square feet earlier this summer.

Anchored by Giant Foods, Bradford Plaza is home to national tenants such as Petco, Dollar Tree, Walgreens and Sally Beauty Supply. The center also includes a Giant Fuel Station; a Pennsylvania Wine and Spirits store; and a complementary mix of local retailers, restaurants and service providers.

Bradford Plaza is located at the intersection of Downingtown Pike (Route 322) and West Strasburg Road (Route 162) near downtown West Chester, West Chester University and 16 public schools.
