CHICAGO, DENVER—Apto, the leading web-based software platform for commercial real estate brokers, has just formed a partnership and integration with Buildout, the premier provider of end-to-end marketing solutions for commercial real estate. This integration will enable brokers to streamline the production and publishing of professional-quality marketing materials, as well as generate greater exposure for listings.

Each firm has around one thousand brokerage clients, Tanner McGraw, Apto chief executive officer, tells GlobeSt.com. And thanks to the integration, the Denver-based firm's clients can create presentation-ready marketing documents with one click, as well as use the platform to automate mass emails and generate property websites with virtual deal rooms. Brokers using Apto's platform can now automatically sync their property information with Buildout, ensuring that they have up-to-date marketing materials for all listings.

“Apto has always been focused on reducing inefficiencies for commercial real estate brokers so they can focus on growing their business,” McGraw adds. “Buildout has a fantastic tool, and this new integration will eliminate hours of manual labor while allowing brokers to create materials that showcase their brand and their listings consistently and effectively.”
