EXTON, PA—Three new tenants, including scooter, car, trampoline and toy maker Berg USA, have signed leases at Exton Partners' 608 Jeffers Circle in Exton, PA, a 42,700 square-foot industrial building on 6.8 acres. Berg USA will use 15,183 square feet at the location as its new North American headquarters. Colliers International's Larry Bergen brokered the leases on behalf of Exton Partners.
The other tenants are Freedom Medical, a medical equipment supplier, leasing 15,000 square feet, and Advanced Office Environments, which is taking 7,500 square feet.
Bill Wilson of Lieberman-Earley represented Berg USA; Tom Coyne, Sr. of Fidelity Commercial represented Freedom Medical; and Eric Stretch of First Liberty Partners represented Advanced Office Environments.
The building provides flexibility to accommodate light assembly and warehousing, with ancillary offices. The facility offers tailgate and drive-in loading and on-site parking.
