101 Marietta has undergone major renovations to reposition the iconic asset for today's modern worker.

ATLANTA—Renovations are underway at 101 Marietta Street that aim to position it as one of the go-to buildings for innovative companies. Formerly known as Centennial Tower, renovations at the well-known office building should be complete by Thanksgiving.

101 Marietta Street is an iconic feature of Atlanta's skyline. With an authentic Downtown location, the office building offers tenants fast access to public transportation, popular neighborhoods, universities, sports venues, parks, entertainment options and walkable dining and shopping locations.

As part of the renovations, Dilweg Companies, the office building's owner, is creating an environment that caters to groups seeking to attract top talent. The office building will have front and back lobbies virtually connected by a larger than life video wall, and recaptured lobby space converted into collaborative workspaces.

“This is a prime example of redefining how we work, injecting creativity and imagination into the lobby of an iconic space,” Katherine Lynch of the CBRE leasing team for the project tells GlobeSt.com. “Dilweg's renovations will resonate with current employers' goals of offering a workplace that fosters innovation and provides an engaging experience. This building will be an epicenter of energy.”

New onsite amenities will include “The Hub” with tenant lounge and gaming areas, a state-of-the-art conference/training space, and a renovated fitness center. Dilweg has also provided a full floor of move-in-ready office spaces with high-tech finishes and flexible floor plans.

“There has always been a landmark office building on this property since the early 1900s, and it has been known as 101 Marietta Street for most of its history,” Anthony Dilweg, CEO of Dilweg, tells GlobeSt.com. Our repositioning efforts connect the historical roots of downtown to the evolving workplace needs of today.”
