Plaza at Landmark

FAIRFAX, VA–The LLC that owns the Plaza at Landmark, a 437,299-square foot retail center here, has secured a $72 million refinance loan from AIG Investments.

HFF's Cary Abod and Dana Brome placed the financing, a 18-year, fixed-rate loan, with AIG Investments on behalf of Landmark HHH LLC.

Plaza at Landmark, which consists of two multi-tenant buildings and individual pad sites, is 98.2% leased to such tenants as Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less, LA Fitness, Total Wine & More, Dollar Tree, Verizon, DFurniture Galleries, BB&T, Five Below, GameStop and Chipotle.

The regional center, which is located at 6244 Little River Turnpike, has been recently renovated.
