NEW YORK CITY—Capital One has named Christopher Milano SVP and head of commercial real estate asset management. He will manage Capital One Bank's national commercial real estate loan portfolio, reporting to EVP Jeff Lee.
“Chris brings invaluable experience and a track record of success to his new responsibilities, including a sharp focus on client service and valuable background in tracking and analyzing data,” says Lee. “This appointment reflects our commitment to providing the best solutions and capabilities in the industry, and we're excited to have Chris bring his skills to such a critical role.”
In his most recent role with the Bank, Milano was head of loss metrics and executive reporting, responsible for the commercial credit reporting suite, allowance, and providing loss estimates under the Federal Reserve's Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review.
