Commercial real estate has historically been a much less volatile asset class than most. Apart from the various entities that look to be scaled back or altogether dissolved (Dodd-Frank, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Affordable Care Act), and the potential for a new infrastructure bill, the November issue of Real Estate Forum will look at the incoming new environment for investors, as well our update on what's happening in healthcare real estate.
