NEW YORK CITY—SL Green Realty Corp. has inked a long-term renewal lease with Landmark Worldwide at 315 W.33rd St., which also is known as The Olivia.

The international personal and professional growth, training and development company has agreed to continue occupying its 48,713 square feet—which is the entire concourse level—at the Midtown tower for more than 15 years.

Dan Gronich and Robert S. Shapiro of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Landmark in the transaction, while David Kaufman acted on behalf of SL Green in-house.

“We are delighted that Landmark will retain its NYC headquarters at The Olivia,” declares Steven Durels, EVP, director of leasing and real property for SL Green. “Landmark has been a valued tenant since the date the building was constructed in 2000.”

Situated between 33rd and 34th Streets and Eighth and Ninth Avenues, the Olivia is a mixed-use, 36-story residential/commercial tower whose other commercial tenants include the AMC Lowes Movie Theatre and Music Choice. SL Green, a REIT, is the city's largest owner of office space.
