77 Metro Way, Secaucus, NJ

SECAUCUS, NJ—Manhattan Range Rover is leasing a 154,830 square-foot single story building at 77 Metro Way in Secaucus, NJ, from Hartz Mountain.

Manhattan Range Rover will use the building, which features 27-foot ceilings, large column spacing, 13 exterior doors and a drive-in bay, to store and prep new vehicles for their dealerships around the tristate area. The parcel also includes ample parking for employee vehicles and up to 30 tractor trailers.

Bob Klein and Jeff Unger of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the luxury auto dealer in the transaction. Jeff Chaus of Chaus Realty represented Hartz Mountain.

Manhattan Range Rover is expanding and in need of larger facilities,” says Klein. “Previously their storage and prep facilities were scattered throughout smaller lots and this new facility will allow them to house all storage and new vehicle prep operations under one roof for logistical efficiency.”

The prime industrial building is located off Route 3 and the New Jersey Turnpike at Exit 15X in the Harmon Cove Industrial Park, just minutes from Manhattan and Newark International Airport. The Garden State Parkway, Routes 17, 46, 1 and 9, I-95, I-80 and I-280 are all easily accessible from the site. The property is also close to the Secaucus Junction Train Station and served by multiple bus lines.
