NEW YORK CITY—Veteran dealmaker Lev Kimyagarov has joined Eastern Consolidated as a senior director in the investment sales division.

Before coming to the firm, Kimyagarov was a senior director in the capital markets group of Cushman & Wakefield. Previously, he served as a director of sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services. That firm was sold to Cushman in 2014.

Kimyagarov has arranged over $450 million in transactions for 100 properties in the metro area here, with a focus on the Upper Manhattan market. A few of his significant deals include the $139 million sale of the Lehman Dunbar Portfolio; $27 million sale of 147 E. 125th St.; $18.25 million sale of 327 E. 101st St. and $10 million sale of 265 Pleasant Ave., home to Rao's, the century old, exclusive Italian restaurant.

“Lev is a very talented broker and we are pleased to have him join our deep bench of talented professionals,” says Daun Paris, president. Adds Kimyagarov, “I'm looking forward to leveraging Eastern Consolidated's platform to better serve my clients and property owners.”

Kimyagarov graduated from York College with a degree in business management and is fluent in Russian. He also is a certified negotiation expert, a designation he earned at the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.

Aside from his professional achievements, Kimyagarov is active in charitable organizations such as the Museum of Jewish Heritage and Ezer Mizion, and is a Judo expert and soccer player.
