WASHINGTON, DC–Stream Realty Partners, a full-service real estate company that launched in Dallas, Texas in 1996 and has since expanded into several cities, has recruited Penzance's Matt Pacinelli to join its Washington DC office as managing director.

Pacinelli will lead the leasing services team and further develop the company's platform throughout the region.

Pacinelli left Penzance as a SVP. He joined that company in 2005.

Stream Realty's local leasing team also includes Kyle Luby, John Hannon, John Klinke, Josh Goudy and Raymond Monasterski. There is also a property management team led by Dorothy Hamilton.
