DALLAS—C-III Capital Partners subsidiary US Residential Group LLC has combined forces with Resource Residential. The combined company manages approximately 43,000 apartment units at more than 200 properties across 30 states.
“The combination of our business with Resource Residential is a transformative milestone for both organizations and we look forward to collectively harnessing the talent and power of this new company to create exceptional experiences for our associates, clients and residents,” says Stephanie Brock, president of US Residential. “Through our expanded geographic footprint and newly combined platform, we will provide property management solutions to an even broader array of clientele.”
Resource Residential is a former business unit of Resource America Inc., an asset management company which C-III acquired this past September for approximately $207 million. US Residential's and Resource Residential's brands will continue to exist independently until property level transitions are completed.
Brock leads a management team that includes Loyal Proffitt, COO; Kelli Tomczak, chief administrative officer; Caydee McCormick, chief people officer; and EVP Mark Poston, formerly CEO of Resource Residential. Headquartered in Dallas, the combined company ranks among the top 35 property management companies in the US.
