Apt. Management Firms Combine Under US Residential Name

DALLAS—Led by Stephanie Brock, the combined company manages more than 200 multifamily properties across 30 states.

DALLAS—C-III Capital Partners subsidiary US Residential Group LLC has combined forces with Resource Residential. The combined company manages approximately 43,000 apartment units at more than 200 properties across 30 states.
