Chris Wolf

WASHINGTON, DC–Colliers International continues to grow its local footprint. Christopher Wolf has joined the firm as Senior Vice President where he will focus on tenant representation throughout the Washington DC area. Wolf joins Colliers after 17 years at Savills Studley, where he was managing director focused on representing tenants throughout the District, Maryland and Virginia.

“With the addition of Chris, Colliers adds depth and strength to our team as we continue to grow here in the region,” said David Parker, Regional Managing Director for Colliers International in Washington, DC. Wolf joins Elizabeth Demaree, who was recruited last year as an associate specializing in tenant representation. Other recent hires include Jim Crew, who was tapped to expand the retail brokerage team in the Washington DC area and Kristina Leighty to lead its Project Management group of the Corporate Solutions, Government Solutions and Brokerage teams.

With a background in law and finance, Wolf has negotiated more than 4 million square feet of real estate transactions on behalf of corporations, law firms, trade associations and not-for-profits. Clients he has represented include the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Marriott International, AARP and American Trucking Associations.

“Joining Colliers is extremely exciting,” Wolf said in a prepared statement. “The firm offers a highly collaborative environment, a strong platform and international reach that will allow me to serve my clients well and grow my business.”
