CARTERET, NJ—Toll Global Forwarding has signed a long-term lease for Prologis' 800 Federal Boulevard in Carteret, NJ. Totaling 299,973 square feet, 800 Federal Boulevard is located near Exit 12 of the New Jersey Turnpike and sits on 13.79 acres.
Steve Bussel, president of Bussel Realty Corporation, brokered the transaction and represented the tenant. CBRE represented Prologis.

Built in 1984, the property offers 24-foot ceiling heights, 48 feet by 41 feet column spacing, ESFR sprinklers, 58 tailboards and two drive-in doors for loading, and 139 surfaces spaces for parking. The property is near Port Newark/Elizabeth, New York City and Newark Liberty Airport.
