FLORHAM PARK, NJ—Gregory Nalbandian, who has been a senior vice president and managing director with NorthMarq Capital since 2005, is joining Holliday Fenoglio Fowle as a senior managing director in its New Jersey office. Nalbandian will focus on debt and equity placement transactions in New Jersey and the Tri-State area.

Greg is a seasoned and well respected professional with a wealth of experience across many facets of the real estate industry,” says Jon Mikula, senior managing director and co-head of HFF's New Jersey office. “He has experience working the entire capital stack from first mortgage debt placements to more complicated structured finance transactions involving equity or preferred equity/mezzanine financing, recapitalizations and repositionings. Nalbandian has more than 23 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. At NorthMarq, he led the New Jersey regional office and worked on a variety of debt and equity placements.

He began his commercial real estate career with O'Connor Capital Partners, a real estate private equity fund headquartered in New York City. He is an active member of the ICSC and NAIOP. Nalbandian holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate from New York University and a BA from the University of Michigan.
