ARLINGTON, VA–A source tells GlobeSt.com that USAA Real Estate in San Antonio, Texas has sold a three-asset apartment portfolio for $267 million. ** Two of the properties are in Northern Virginia and the third is in Charlotte, NC.

The properties are the Beacon Clarendon at 1200 N Irving St., 1919 Clarendon Blvd. and 1100 South Blvd. in Charlotte, NC. All together they total 709 units.

A call by GlobeSt.com requesting comment to USAA was not returned. We will update this story if we get a response.

** And earlier version of the article stated that the source said Courtland Partners was the acquirer. Courtland Partners, which was not able to return a call requesting comment yesterday, informed us it was not the acquirer of those three assets.
