TYSONS, VA–Cresa is opening a new local office at 7901 Jones Branch Rd., here. It joins other local Cresa offices in DC, Bethesda, and Baltimore.

More tellingly, this new location is an expansion of Cresa's office on Pinnacle Drive in McLean. The company says it is expanding its office on Pinnacle Dr. in order to better meet the considerable demand for services in that area.

“Our area offices already derive over 30% of our revenue from Northern Virginia, and this new facility will help us grow that revenue segment even further by recruiting top local talent and serving additional clients,” says Rich Rhodes, a managing principal of Cresa DC and former CEO of Cresa LLC, in a prepared statement.

Cresa is taking 3,100 square feet in the 200,000-square foot office building. It will be moving in within a few weeks.

Rhodes, who has been based in Cresa's Bethesda office for 33 years, will be in the new office along with nine other professionals, including Kathy Thomas, managing principal, Project Management, and Principal William Tidwell. The office will open with 18 seats.

New hires will be announced shortly.
