Patrick Heeg

NEW YORK CITY—JLL managing director Patrick Heeg has joined Transwestern in its office here as partner.

In his 15 years of experience—including 11 at JLL—Heeg has completed more than one million square feet of transactions on behalf of clients such as Procter & Gamble, NASCAR, Regus, American Red Cross, VTS and Mudrick Capital Management.

Additionally, he has negotiated several Manhattan leases for owners such as Brookfield Properties, the Trump Organization, and The Pyne Companies.

At Transwestern he is expected to provide leasing advisory services for owners and occupiers, and support the firm's business development efforts.

“Patrick is well-respected throughout New York City and will be a valuable addition to our team,” says Steve Purpura, Transwestern's Northeast market leader. “His experience representing both owners and occupiers will accelerate our efforts to broaden our presence in the market.”

Adds Heeg, “I was attracted to Transwestern's award-winning culture as its internal structure allows for collaboration and the free flow of information. I look forward to leveraging the national platform to expand and grow our client relationships here in New York.”
