Boxer, the Houston-based commercial real estate firm, has an agreement with Skyline Development LLC to manage and lease office space at 6343 Skyline Drive. Stephen Kradjian, who oversees third party asset services, negotiated the agreement on behalf of Boxer Property.

“There is a gated entry to the building and tenants are provided 24/7 secure key card access,” Daniel Choe, Boxer manager, tells GlobeSt.com. “The offices come fully furnished and Internet ready with free WiFi access. Tenants can utilize the conference rooms, common area lounges and coffee bar. On-site maintenance and management is available along with access to an online tenant center.”

In addition, the office building's location offers convenient access to retailers and many popular restaurants. It is near West Park Tollway and US-59, providing access to Interstate 610.

“The property's level of extensive interior improvements fits well with our Workstyle brand. We look forward to continuing our success in this market space with our third-party clients,” Kradjian says.
