WASHINGTON, DC–Savills Studley has brought on board to its local team Dave MacPhail and Sarah Dreyer. MacPhail joins Savills Studley from Deloitte Consulting in Arlington, Va., while Dreyer joins from Vornado / Charles E. Smith in Washington DC.
MacPhail, whose experience ranges from project management to architectural design, joins as director, Workplace and Occupancy Strategy. He will handle space requirements, locations analysis and workplace strategy for Savills Studley clients in Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia and Baltimore.
Dreyer joins Savills Studley as director of Research. She will oversee all research activities in the Washington DC region.
Last summer, the firm hired workplace strategist Melissa Marsh in its New York office.
